24×7 AEC takes great pride in creating all the Marketing Collateral for History Maker Homes in Dallas, TX. History Maker homes recently re-launched their website & 24×7 AEC was tasked with creating brand new photoreal renderings for all their existing plans. The project communication & timeline worked great for both teams in order for them to have them ready for their scheduled launch in Feb. 2020. This project highlights the importance of visually presenting different color schemes to the buyers. The different images help to see the various colors & material specifications helping both the Design team and the buyer to choose the best combination.
